Are you required to provide us with personal data?

Generally, you will voluntarily give us your personal data and there will be no negative consequences for you if you choose not to consent or provide personal data. However, in certain cases, ADM Green may not be able to take action or advise you without certain personal information, such as personal data required to send you newsletters or to comply with regulations like the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, and Transfer of Funds Regulations 2017 and other relevant laws, as well as for crime prevention and fraud prevention before entering into any agreements for services.

How will we use your information?

We use the information you provide for the following purposes: processing your application to use our services and providing requested services, conducting checks such as identification verification with fraud prevention agencies to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and crime prevention, fulfilling obligations and providing requested information, products and services, protecting your information and preventing unauthorized access, addressing queries, complaints, or problems, generating statistics on website and application usage, complying with legal requirements, and improving our services to you.

Note: We do not use personally identifiable information for these purposes.

  • Meet applicable law, the order of a Court or market rules and codes of practice applicable to the circumstances at the time
  • Investigate or prevent fraud or activities believed to be illegal or otherwise in breach of applicable law
  • Relevant tax, payments and customs authorities, who may pass this on to tax authorities in other jurisdictions (the tax regulations require us to collect information about each investor’s tax residency.)
  • Prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we will disclose your personal information.
  • If all of ADM Greens’ assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal information held by it about its clients may be one of the transferred assets.
  • We will not lend or sell your information to third parties, unless required as above, and/or where we think that they can bestow to build on adding more value and upgrade the quality of services communicated by us to you. We shall take all appropriate steps to ensure that the confidentiality of your information is maintained by imposing strict privileged standards on all the third parties with whom we part this data with.

Note: We will only disclose your information to the above parties if it is necessary to provide and maintain the services, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, prevent fraud and illegal activities, or in the event of a business or assets sale. We will not share your information with other parties for their own use.

Who is responsible for the personal data about other people shared with us?

If you provide us with personal information about someone else, you must ensure that you have the legal right to do so and that the individual is aware of how we collect, use, and disclose their personal information as described in this Privacy Notice. Disclaimer as to Loss

Although, suitable steps are taken to maintain the security of your information, under no circumstances shall ADM Green be liable to you or any other third parties for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, damage for loss of business or loss of profits) arising directly or indirectly from your use of or inability to use, this site or any of the material contained in it.

Data Retention

We will only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) it was collected for and as required or permitted by law and where we continue to have a lawful basis for doing so. We retain copies of customer contracts and information used for identification verification checks, financial crime, and anti-money laundering checks for up to 10 years after the termination or expiry of our contract with you. We also keep records of electronic communications, minutes of face-to-face meetings, suitability and appropriateness assessments, periodic statements, orders and transactions in financial instruments, and information about your identity for up to 10 years. Additionally, we may transfer the information overseas. If the retention of data is necessary and is required for contractual, legal or regulatory purposes or for our legitimate business interests and marketing purposes, we may need to retain your data for longer, for example if we are defending ourselves in a legal dispute or as required by law or where evidence exists that a future complaint may occur. If the information is no longer necessary, or where we no longer have the lawful basis for processing we may delete or fully anonymise the data.
